2009 Tots 2 Teens Seminar with Sandy Puc

Last night I attended a great seminar put on by master photographer Sandy Puc. She is an amazing photographer that gets the most wonderful photos of children from newborns to high school seniors. I learned some great techniques and saw some new products as well. I can't wait to start shooting and applying what I learned.

Baby Leila's Watch Me Grow Session #2

Happy 1st Month of life Baby Leila! Today was Leila's second session of her Watch Me Grow plan. I'm really looking forward to putting her album together. She's so special to so many. Today's session was a little impromptu and had a Laker theme. Yes... mom was not around! :-)

Azusa Pacific University Baseball Team

For the fourth year I was honored to take photos of the Azusa Pacific University baseball team. I hope the APU team repeats the success of last year, but this time capping the season by winning the championship! Go Cougars!

Engagement Shoot For Wendy & James

The weather threatened but remained calm for Wendy and James' engagement shoot. We had a great time starting on the beach and ending up in downtown. There are a lot of little nooks and crannies in downtown that offer great backdrops. The old English telephone booth is one of my favorites. It was great to have time to get to know Wendy and James a little more. I look forward to their wedding at the Nixon Library in October.

Calvary Chapel High School Baseball Team Photoshoot

The weather threatened but stayed clear enough for me to photograph the Calvary Chapel High School baseball teams. This is my third year to photograph the CCHS baseball team and I thank them for the opportunity. Have a great season, Eagles!

Baby Leila Raquel Kruger

Welcome to the world baby Leila Raquel Kruger! Born a month early to cancel the maternity shoot, but that's ok. She's so cute I forgot all about that! Congratulations to Elsa & Lutz! You struggled for so many years to have a baby, and God has blessed you with a beautiful little girl. God bless all three of you!

2009 Miss Placentia Scholarship Pageant

I am proud to be the official photographer for the 2009 Miss Placentia Scholarship Pageant. This is a wonderful program that gives some very talented young ladies, both in teen and miss categories, scholarship money to use toward their college education. And, of course, Miss Placentia has the opportunity to compete for Miss California and then Miss America, allowing her to win even more scholarship money.

My thanks to Kathi Baldwin and Jocelyn Williams for allowing me to photograph the event and for putting on such a wonderful program. I look forward already to next year's event.

And congratulations to Jordan Krinke for being named Miss Placentia, and to Jamie Gerhardt for being named Miss Placentia Outstanding Teen. I know both will represent our city well!
